Exchange & Returns

Try your purchase in the comfort of your home. Let us know if you’d like a different size or a refund and we’ll collect the pieces from the same address of delivery.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to:

  • Create your exchange or return through your Le Mill account
  • Book your collection free of charge
  • Send your purchase back to us

Items must be returned to us, unused with all Le Mill tags and designer labels still attached. For items purchased outside of India we currently do not offer exchange or returns.

A step by step guide to returning your purchase.

 The steps to return or exchange an item are as follows:

  1. Log into your Le Mill account.
  2. Click on the returns tab next to your orders.
  3. Enter the order number with your registered email address to view the items in your order.
  4. Select the item(s) to return
  5. Select the reason of return and add additional notes if required
  6. Select Exchange/Return. Please note, if exchange or return is raised after 15 days we will not be able to process it.
  7. Please select your mode of return (in store/send a courier for pickup).
  8. Once a return/exchange has been raised, Le Mill Customer Service will get back to you within 24-48 hours to process your return or exchange.
  9. If you choose to make a return/exchange via a courier pick up, please take care to pack and seal items in their original packaging, including bag covers & shoe boxes. Then place packed items in a cardboard box and seal the box securely to prevent damages.
  10. A return shipping label will be shared with you via email or through your personal shopping assistant, please print it out and paste it on the box for a hassle free pick up.
  11. Please note for items sold on Sale -
    - No returns or exchanges on accessories (Shoes, Bags, Jewelry).
    - Ready to wear once sold on SALE will not be eligible for refund, exchanges permitted.

Exchanging your purchase

Once the item to be exchanged reaches our warehouse and is checked by our team, the replacement product will be shipped and reach you in 3-6 business days.

Receiving a refund

You will receive a refund through your original payment method. COD order refunds will be processed via bank account details shared by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Our Policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all Le Mill and designer garment tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We do not offer returns or exchange on international shipping.

Bags & Accessories

All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please handle light-coloured bags and accessories carefully if you are undecided on whether you will keep the item. Items received with scratches or damaged would not be accepted for returns.

Shoes

Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

 Jewellery

We do not accept returns on jewellery.
