Hitting Refresh: Team Le Mill’s Fashion Resolutions for 2023

Every turning year comes with a clean slate to be better, do better and (most importantly!) wear better. In 2023, as you plan to push forward beyond the 4th January itch, why not also make resolutions to avoid any what-to-wear woes? Whether you plan to declutter your wardrobe or make bolder choices, all we can say is go easy and enjoy the process!

As we enter what will hopefully be a lockdown-free year, Team Le Mill decided to put their 2023 fashion resolutions on record to make it difficult to quit as the months progress:

Cecilia Morelli, Co-founder

“To keep buying into my 'uniform'. Mid-length skirts from Chloé or Gabriella Hearst and bodies from Alaïa. If it works, got to stick with it.”

Nandita Dalmia, General Manager

“Reorienting my wishlists to include more pieces that will stand the test of time vs. trending ones.”

Hitesh Rathod, Creative Director

“Bring out old hits from my closet and re-style them with something new to extend their shelf life and by extension, buy less.”

Milisha Siroya, Head of Buying

“Invest in pieces that create an impact, not necessarily a statement. I aim for my wardrobe to consist of pieces that exude quiet luxury and be detail-oriented, to create the impact.”

Sana Milpada, Assistant Store Manager

“Only purchase what I truly love and think I'll want in my closet for years to come. I'm more and more drawn to classic tailored styles and higher heels helping me stand tall in 2023!”

Simran Shetty, Marketing & Website Coordinator

“Invest time in thrifting and adding old timey classic pieces to my wardrobe to create a uniform for myself.”

Naufil Kazi, Senior Stylist

“Investing in a nice complication watch.”

Rukhsar Mukadam, Styling Executive

“I would love to experiment with different styles & silhouettes for trousers in 2023. My style in bottomwear is super basic so, experimentation is my mantra this year.”

“To take my interest in Japanese street style and turn it into inspiration for my personal wardrobe.”
