To place an order it is mandatory to set up an account.  Once you set up an account with us you would also enjoy the following benefits:

We ship across all cities in India.   

We currently do not offer shipping internationally. Sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.  

Delivery to metro cities take 2-3 working days and all other cities take 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately you cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. You can cancel the order and place a new one with the updated address.

Orders once placed cannot be changed.  You can return or exchange products you no longer want. For more information on returns and exchange please view our Returns and Exchange  section

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

You can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Le Mill to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether you’d like to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for. To arrange your exchange or return, simply sign in to your Le Mill account and go My Account page. Click "Returns" and follow the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to book your collection.

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as Le Mill store credit. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept all domestic debit and credit cards including American Express. Payments can also be made using net banking.
