#LeMillRecommends: Workouts to get you moving

Hey there, couch potato. We know how hard it is to get the motivation to move and stay active when the couch is so much more tempting. But staying active is scientifically proven to keep your body and mind healthy and at ease. The Le Mill team has put together a list of their favourite workout gurus and guides to inspire you to get up and break a sweat! P.S. Physique 57 Mumbai



A New York-based barre workout that blends cardio, strength training and stretching, designed to give you longer and leaner muscles in just 8 classes. We love Physique because of the community of strong women cheering each other on, to live their best life. Physique offers virtual classes via Zoom, which you can sign up for here. 


Senada Greca 


Senada Greca is a fitness coach with a 12 week online program, designed for intensive strength building. She calls it the muscle-mind workout. She also has easy workout videos she posts on Instagram (@greca.senada) if you need inspiration for how to turn your house into a gym. 

Nike Training Club App.
The Nike Training Club App gives you tailormade workouts whether you work out from the house or the gym. Depending on the area you want to focus on, you can sign up for different workout sessions. It’s almost like having a virtual personal trainer. 
Mad Fit 

Mad Fit is a Youtube Channel, where our fitness coach, takes us through short full body workouts that move to a popular song. Fun, easy to follow and varied, it’s a low commitment, high energy way to stay active.
Asana Rebel
Asana Rebel is an easy to use Yoga Fitness App. No Gurus, No spirituality, just exercise without the theory. This app is for those on the go, who want to do yoga to better their physical health and treat yoga purely as a form of exercise. 




Blogilates is a fitness youtube channel. For easy to follow workouts, from the comfort of your living room, there is every kind of workout imaginable in the blogilates series. From 25-minute ab workouts to pilates and yoga, take your pick.


30 Minute Walk at Home


Not into the yoga or gym workouts? Miss cardio and the walks outside? We have got your back. This particular Youtube Channel is dedicated to indoor power walking. Follow your enthusiastic virtual friends and take a walk in your living room for a re-energizing morning.

Pop Sugar Fitness


Pop Sugar Fitness has a short Sweat series, which takes you through no equipment, high intensity workouts that only take anywhere between 10-20 minutes. So for those of you who find the idea of longer workouts intimidating, this is a good place to start.
