Musicology
There’s plenty of genres within travel–there’s the bucket list travel, romantic travel, solo soul-searching travel…however, this season we implore you try out yet another one. Let your wanderlust be fed by the music that inspires you. Plan for an exhilarating outing focused on the performance of a lifetime. Unlike a babymoon or a bachelorette, music can be enjoyed with a wide selection of friends. The mood of the travel itself is a lot more exuberant and carefree, and the fashion? You can get as creative as you like. Here’s where you need to book tickets if you’re in the mood for some tunes.
Taylor Swift
Swifties unite. If you’ve missed the opportunity to see the reigning queen of pop and heartbreaks in the flesh, it's not too late. Catch TayTay live in several parts of the world as she continues to dazzle fans with her electrifying, can’t-help-but-sing-along tunes with your besties. If we had to be picky, we’d love to see her perform live in Paris just as summer settles in during May.

Coldplay
Doesn’t matter what you think of Chris Martin’s relationship with Dakota Johnson, Coldplay is already sold out for the year except for the leg in Melbourne. Celebrate a warm toasty Christmas down under whilst you catch one of the most legendary performances by Coldplay. There’s a reason they continue to perform after all these years.

Glastonbury
If it’s good enough for Kate Moss, we are certain it is good enough for you. Mingle with music legends, influencers, and the general hoi polloi of the beautiful people on these festival grounds. Book your tickets to London in June and catch The Arctic Monkeys, Lizzo, Elton John, Lil Nass X, Blondie and more. If you’re not feeling up to pitching a tent and slumming it out, book yourselves into a convenient hotel close to a campsite like this one. Rest assured you will be serviced with a hot shower and clean towels whilst retaining the overall hippie vibe of the festival.

Coachella
We can’t really call it a list of recommendations for music travel without putting Coachella on it. Head to California for one of the most memorable experiences of a lifetime. Tyler, The Creator, Lana Del Ray, Ice Spice, No Doubt, Sid Sriram, and Peggy Gou all in one go. You kinda have to do this once in a lifetime. If you can make sense of your transport, there’s no dearth of air-conditioned accommodation near the festival site. However, if you wish to stay with the rest, the Lake Eldorado site offers pre-pitched tents complete with hot showers and plug points.
