Today, we give thanks, for the small silver linings of a pandemic that shows no sign of any return to normalcy, any time soon. This August, we’ve found an exceptionally interesting line-up of virtual events you can tune into, from the comfort of your own home.
Pastel de Nata Workshop with OPedro, 2nd August
Pastel de Nata is a delicious traditional Portuguese egg custard and a favorite at OPedro. This Sunday at 4 pm, you can watch learn how to make the custard tart yourself. A Puppeteering Class with Anurupa Roy, 22nd August

Repetition Meditation & Yoga
Lee is a yogi and artist. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 pm, they hold virtual yoga classes via Zoom. Not your traditional class, with these sessions, we really learn how to slow down, connect with our breath and treat each movement as a meditative act. On Saturdays, they also host a “Repetition Meditation”, where we use art to connect with our body and mind.
