The ruffle brings movement to the neckline, while the body of the top keeps a loose, easy cut that skims gently over the frame. A row of buttons runs down the front, finishing in a point at the base of the ruffled neckline. The flutter sleeve adds a soft edge to the short length, balancing the print below it.
