The Upholstered Office Chair is available in a choice of three Amkunj fabric colors. Amkunj fabric has been specially selected for the Upholstered Office Chair, to suit the size and contours of the chair.
Amkunj is a 100% yarn-dyed linen fabric that combines functional practicality with a simple yet sophisticated form. Luxurious flax fiber is woven in a basic plain weave, with high warp density. Old, slow-paced looms are used for weaving the fabric. This yarn is dyed using Zanav’s signature vat dyeing technique, in which yarns undergo successive plunges in a dye bath, resulting in a singular color with varying subtle depths. The fabric then undergoes a gentle wash which blends the fibers resulting in a unique aesthetic.
