Terra Dabba

Inspired by Anish Kapoor’s ‘Tarantara’, two cosmic egg like forms sit
inversely over the other and are separated by a form, bulbous at the
edges and lean in the centre. Appearing as protruding ears/ ’kaan,’ these
elliptical ends are hollow through and through. Handcrafted in Terracotta,
this sculptural object with a brass lid can be purposed as a storage box or
a candle holder, a miniature version of Shah’s Terradrum.
